Adjuster Services
The Public Adjuster is an insurance specialist who assists in the client by organizing and preparing a detailed evaluation of the policyholer's total loss.
This includes:
- Evaluating restoration costs from your damage .
- Evaluating construction and engineering costs .
- Discussing the loss with the insured .
- Obtaining affidavits if necessary .
- Taking Photographs and/or video taping the loss .
- Engaging the services of structural & geotechnical engineers, architects, designers, or other specialists.
- Testing for hazardous materials like asbestos, lead paint, mold, and other foreign materials.
- Preparing the claim .
- Submitting the claim and related forms and paperwork .
- Managing the entire claim process from initial evaluation to receiving your settlement from the insurance company.
The estimate of damages is submitted to the insurance company representative along with a proof of loss.
After the insurance company has had the opportunity to assess the damage incurred, we negotiate a settlement that is in the insured's best interest.
