Volunteers organized by Catholic Charities of New Orleans' community outreach program, Operation Helping Hands, are about to gut their 125th home in flood-ravaged New Orleans with the Ash Wednesday clean-up of the New Orleans home of 85 year-old Hurricane Katrina victim, Clothilde Mack.
