Utility Preps For Hurricanes By Replacing Power Lines (The Tampa Tribune)
CLEARWATER - Foot by foot, about 60 workers ran about a mile of new electric line through new power poles in the Greenbriar community as part of Progress Energy Florida's effort to reinforce the utility grid against hurricanes.
