State Farm appealing Florida withdrawal order (The Pantagraph)
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- State Farm Florida on Friday appealed stipulations that Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty has put on its plan to withdraw from the state's property insurance market because of the high risk of hurricanes.
