South Florida: Official hurricane outlook to be released Thursday (Sun-Sentinel)
Federal meteorologists will release their outlook for the 2008 hurricane season on Thursday, and it likely will call for a busier than normal year. Experts say the Atlantic basin is in an era of heightened tropical activity.
