Hurricane watch for Florida (New Orleans Times-Picayune)
The western coast of Florida is on a hurricane watch this morning while Tropical Storm Fay is lashing Cuba. At 10 a.m. the storm center was located at 20.5N 78.6W, according to the National Hurricane Center. The storm was moving west-northwest at 13 mph with maximum sustained winds of 50 mph.

Gusty winds and driving rain buffeted eastern Cuba early on Sunday as Tropical Storm Fay neared the island while U.S. authorities issued a hurricane watch for parts of the Florida coast.
