FPL outlines plan for hurricane bonds (Daytona Beach News-Journal)
TALLAHASSEE -- Florida Power & Light filed plans with regulators Friday to issue bonds to cover more than $1 billion to recover losses from the last two hurricane seasons and rebuild a reserve fund for future storms.
