Florida: No new policies for Allstate (Miami Herald)
bgarcia@MiamiHerald.com Allstate won't be permitted to sell new policies in Florida -- including homeowners or auto insurance -- until the company complies with a subpoena for documents, the state's insurance commissioner said Wednesday.
