PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla.----Real estate developer Panama City Beach Condos, LP, recovered $42.5 million in a settlement with Axis Surplus Insurance Company in a case that was tried to verdict in a Florida federal court stemming from a Hurricane Dennis insurance claim.
