Florida Attorney General Settles Hurricane Price Gouging Case Against Flash Foods (WJXT Jacksonville)
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- The office of Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum has reached a settlement with Flash Foods, Inc., resolving accusations of price gouging during Hurricane Ike.

Flash Foods and the Florida Attorney General's office have negotiated a settlement related to charges that the convenience store chain jacked up gasoline prices last September when Hurricane Ike hit Florida.
