Fausto becomes hurricane off Mexico's Pacific coast (CNN.com)
MEXICO CITY, Mexico (AP) -- Tropical Storm Fausto has become a hurricane far off Mexico's Pacific coast, while two other tropical storms churn over the open ocean.
